Sebastian drives the development of high-value partnerships through his extensive professional network in the international new-mobility industry. He has supported the European Union as an expert on electric mobility and leads the Energy Platform at the German Federal Association of Startups.

Sebastian is a co-founder of the Global Electric Club and has held management roles at Webasto, Hubject, and ladenetz.de. His work sits at the intersection of the energy and automotive sectors.

Nicola works across strategy, organization, and execution. With more than fifteen years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience—including building and managing a company—she understands transformation from within the system.

Trained in systemic organizational development, she helps organizations operate effectively by drawing on their own strengths and resources. She identifies and challenges implicit patterns and structural dynamics that shape performance and decision-making.

At Cosmic Cat, Nicola leads strategy and business model development. Her expertise lies in complex ecosystems where multiple stakeholders, limited resources, and high expectations collide. She translates ambition into clear structures and coordinated action, particularly in politically sensitive, high-pressure environments.

Martin has been actively engaged in the mobility sector for more than ten years. He previously served as VP Strategy & Operations at Hubject from 2013 to 2019. After driving market growth in Europe, he led the company’s global expansion, including its market entry into the United States.

At Cosmic Cat Group, Martin focuses on corporate strategy and operations, as well as global business and market development.

Paul is a distinguished mobility ecosystem strategist with over 15 years of deep vertical expertise. His skill set spans the development of successful product strategies—both as a hands-on entrepreneur and as a trusted advisor.

He has applied his experience in telecommunications and leading digital marketplaces to the dynamic e-mobility sector, where he has established himself as an industry expert. His portfolio includes strategic e-mobility projects and ventures across Norway, Central Europe, and the United States, consistently aligning product and technology with end-to-end business strategies.

Frank has over 25 years of project experience and has built deep expertise in the end-to-end development of new business units and start-ups in the telecommunications and e-mobility industries. In his interim mandates, he has held various leadership roles, including Head of Product Management and Head of Operations.

At Cosmic Cat Group, Frank focuses on the design and implementation of new businesses as well as the development of new products for e-mobility, energy, and telecommunications companies.

Ben brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in company and brand building.

At Cosmic Cat, he focuses on customer acquisition, business model development, market disruption, and rapid response tactics. An award-winning strategist who combines an entrepreneurial founder’s mindset with deep expertise in digital business building, he most recently completed executive education at Columbia Business School with an outstanding score of 99.48%.
